These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Global Numismatic Auction. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts & Eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Listings & Auctions
Sellers must accurately describe the condition, authenticity, and provenance of items listed for auction. All listings are reviewed before going live. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our discretion.
3. Bidding & Winning Bids
Placing a bid is a binding commitment to purchase the item if you win. Bids cannot be retracted once placed. The highest bid at the close of the auction, if it meets any reserve price, wins the item.
4. Payments & Fees
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Winning bidders must complete payment within 48 hours of the auction closing. Sellers receive payouts through Stripe Connect, less any applicable platform commission, after the buyer confirms receipt or the inspection period passes.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Sellers are responsible for packaging and shipping sold items promptly and must submit tracking information within the deadline shown on their order. Failure to ship on time may result in order cancellation and penalties.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not list counterfeit or stolen items, manipulate bidding (including bidding on your own listings), use the platform for money laundering, or attempt to circumvent fees by transacting outside the platform.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the authenticity of items beyond what sellers represent. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or as required by law.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
